Nice application, but too pricey

I bought this application. It is fairly nice to have the verb conjugation feature. However, it runs slowly on iphone 3G. Perhaps, it will be faster on 3Gs.
Another thing, $24.99 is a bit pricey. Had I known another cheaper dicitonary, I would not have paid so much.
